1) Eligibility 17+
The Service is intended for users age 17 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2) The Service
Flint transforms novel scenes and other text you provide into visual art. The Service may allow you to create an account, generate images from text (and optionally uploaded images), save results locally, and share creations.
Service changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, and may add or remove features.
3) Accounts
- Account information: you may be required to provide name, username, and email address.
- Security: you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
4) Your Content and AI Generation
“User Content” includes text prompts, uploaded images, and support communications you submit to the Service. You retain any rights you have in your User Content.
Permission to process your content
- We process your content solely to provide generation, deliver results, maintain security, and comply with law.
- AI processing is performed on servers operated by or for Flint Team.
- Your uploaded text/images are not shared with third parties for AI processing.
- Inputs are deleted immediately after processing completes, except temporary retention to deliver results or as required by law.
Outputs are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before using or sharing them.
Photo/Face statement
Flint does not perform facial recognition or infer biometric identifiers. Uploaded photos are used only for one-time generation (if you choose to upload), then deleted. Photos are not used for training or marketing.
5) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
- Upload content you do not have the right to use
- Bypass security, access controls, or usage limits
- Disrupt the Service or introduce malware/abusive traffic
- Generate or distribute unlawful, exploitative, or harmful content
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose risk to the Service or others.
6) Intellectual Property
- Our IP: The Service is owned by Flint Team or its licensors and protected by law.
- License to you: A limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly allowed otherwise.
7) Third-Party Services
The Service may allow sharing via third-party platforms or interact with third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies. Flint Team is not responsible for third-party services.
8) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that Outputs will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flint Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flint Team’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the Service or others.
11) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective as of the date shown at the top. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law.
12) Governing Law; Arbitration
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Flint Team’s principal place of business (excluding conflict of law rules). Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief for misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access/security issues where allowed.
13) Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a business transfer.
